I specialize in career coaching, facilitating change and growth through one-to-one coaching, training and consultancy.

Curious by nature, I have achieved success in hospitality, retail, construction, and financial services (globally and local). I have worn multiple hats over the years and truly enjoy co-creating successful outcomes.
Raised in a multi-national environment, I have had the opportunity to live in Bermuda, Canada, England and Switzerland working in such diverse industries as horse-racing, hospitality, financial services, government, legal, retail and theatre.
I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) adhering to the ICF's Code of Ethics and maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality with all client and sponsor information.
As an accredited ICF coach, I am a Certified Career Management Coach and a Licensed Firework Career Coach. I also hold a Diploma in Coaching from Coaching Development and have completed additional coach trainings in Narrative Coaching, Transactional Analysis, Awakened Wisdom and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Certified in and adept with a variety of personality, 360 and strengths-based assessments, I bring an extensive set of tools to coaching clients in career, leadership and business.
Previously, I presented at the Kuwait Coaching Conference (2012 & 2013), ICF Advance 2013: Cultural Competency, ICF Converge 2017 Ethical Dilemmas for Internal Coaches, as well as various Continuing Education classes for professional coaches.
