Career Coaching

At Compass Career Coach, we hold the belief that intentional Career Management is beneficial for everyone. Our approach involves envisioning an "ideal" future, establishing both long and short-term career goals, and then developing a systematic plan or strategy to achieve them. This concept, though straightforward, is often underutilized: it entails managing one's career with the same diligence applied to managing a business. The process involves envisioning the future, strategizing through Gap Analysis, creating an Action Plan for the next steps, and finally, executing and reviewing the plan for continuous improvement.
